the Outdoor Nature Resource.com is dedicated to your pleasant and successful visit with us.  Your enjoyable experience includes not only finding the products that you want, but also having a clear understanding of our shipping and return policies and conditions to which we are required to adhere which are based on restrictions and guidelines placed upon us by the carriers and suppliers that we use.

1. Our products ship either UPS or FedEx.  Your final shipping cost will never exceed the calculated rate determined in our shopping cart.

2. Until restrictions change, we can ship within the 50 United States ONLY.

3. Barring unforseen circumstances, we will process orders by Noon MST Monday through Friday and ship within 24-48 hours.  Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST on Fridays can not be processed for shipping that day and therefore with the weekend following, delivery time will be delayed. 

4. We will post a notice on our website regarding suspension of our store availability due to holidays or occasional vacation time for our staff members.

5. You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip.

6. When you return an item, please follow the instructions on the packing slip, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for your return. You may want to insure your return. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your credit card billing statement.

7. After they are opened, Audio CDs and Video DVDs can not be returned.

8. Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your return.  Please return your merchandise to the return address on the shipping label.

What is your return policy?

If the Outdoor Nature Resource.com has committed an error or an item in your order is damaged upon arrival, we will retrieve the item in question and refund its purchase price in full, or re-ship it. However, we must be able to retrieve the damaged item or items to offer a refund or credit to your credit card of any kind. No refunds or credits can be offered unless the item in question can be retrieved. We reserve the right to make substitutions and do find the need to do so at various times throughout the year. Also, not all packaging may look identical to the product images on our website as packaging colors and shapes can change frequently. With this in mind, please be aware that a substitution or variance in color or packaging does not justify an item being returned at our expense or that a discount, refund or credit of any kind will be offered. If for any reason, other than damages or errors on our part, you desire to return an item, you may do so at your expense plus an additional 20% restocking fee. 

How long does it take for an order to be shipped?

Due to stained glass art items being manufactured upon request, these items may take as many as 10 business days to ship after your order is processed.  Other orders, including all express orders received before 2:00 PM MST will ship the same business day.  All ground orders ship within 48 business hours or less.  All orders, including express orders placed after 2:00 PM MST will ship the next business day except for any order placed after 2:00 PM MST on Fridays which can not be processed for shipping that day and therefore with the weekend following, processing of delivery will be delayed until the following week.

Can I cancel an order after it has shipped?

Yes, you may.  However there are fees associated with canceling an order after it has shipped. The following fees will apply: shipping charges to and from your specified destination plus a 20% restocking fee.  If we need to request a carrier to intercept your delivery, an additional $12.50 fee will apply.

What shipping address and other information do you require to complete my transaction?

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE US WITH AN ACCURATE MAILING ADDRESS AND OTHER PERTINENT INFORMATION.  If for any reason the address and other necessary information provided is incorrect, additional fees will apply to assure final delivery to you. Completing your transaction entails entry of standard, accepted information.  Approval of your credit card purchase requires that the address and zip code that you enter match the records maintained by your credit card company.  If they do not match, for your security, your order can not and will not be completed.  You may have made a simple mistake entering your information...so please re-enter the information requested.  Our system is extremely sensitve to detecting unlawfull use of stolen credit cards, potential fraud or unauthorized use of credit cards, therefore the security measures that we have in place are for your protection.

How do your products ship?

All items are protected in shrink wrap, bubble wrap or other protective material, either individually or in the original manufacturer package/box. Your order is then placed in an approved box and shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS, depending on final destination.

What happens if my order is lost or damaged in transit?

We will place a claim with the courier. Once the claim has been completed and not before, a refund or re-shipment will be offered. Claims typically take 3-5 days to process with the shipping couriers. Shipments via USPS do not offer claim service. All damage claims must be filed in writing via e-mail within 2 business days of your item being received. Sorry...NO exceptions.
